Hello, my name is Ken Tsunoda. I joined NGOsource last June as its general manager. Since then I’ve devoted myself to raising awareness of the vast potential of NGOsource.
You, the Grantmakers
As NGOsource has grown by leaps and bounds in the past year, I attribute that to the deep insight and forethought of the international grantmaking community, from our Advisory Council and the Council on Foundations to our generous funders and supporters along with our fast-growing membership.
Rather than work in silos, each and every one of you envisions how NGOsource and our shared repository of equivalency determinations (EDs) can accelerate funding for charitable causes around the world.
Improving Our Connection
On a daily basis through phone conversations, face-to-face meetings, personal messages, webinars, and live conferences, I strive to connect with you — our current members and (I hope) our future members. But the NGOsource team has so much more to give you, beyond just letting you know about the shared repository of EDs and the collective power of our global reach.
My team and I, along with some sharp guest writers, will be communicating with you regularly on our blog. We want to let you know what we know — about equivalency determinations, international philanthropy, legal insights, events, and other topics we haven’t thought of yet.
If you are so inclined, we’d love to hear what you have to say here too. We’re not just building a resource. We’re creating a community.
Tune in to see more from us. Join in if you’d like. And of course, call me anytime!
